Job summary

Mercy offers a paid nursing externship designed for nursing students to accelerate growth and gain hands-on experience at the bedside. Externs work about 24 hours per week (two 12-hour shifts) and rotate through multiple nursing units, learning from experienced Mercy nurses.

Applicants must have completed at least two semesters of nursing school, including one clinical round, by the start of the externship.

Responsibilities
