Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN supervision.
• Participate in clinical units and learn from experienced Mercy nurses.
• Support nursing teams with designated clinical procedures and nonclinical tasks.
• Engage with preceptors to develop critical thinking and clinical skills.
