Class size is limited to 10, providing one-on-one guided instruction and hands-on practice. During training, pay is $16/hour and rises to $18/hour after credentialing exams.

Qualifications

• Approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
• Must be at least 18 years old; high school graduate preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, person-centered care for residents, helping with daily tasks.
• Assist other nursing staff and share updates on residents’ well-being with medical providers.
