Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Good written, oral, organizational, and basic computer skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care of residents in a safe, caring, timely and appropriate manner and assists with activities of daily living.
• Observes residents and responds to care needs; reports changes to supervisor.
• Accurately completes and communicates resident information and nursing care per policies.
• Transports residents to activities and appointments as needed.
