Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania is offering a Nursing Assistant Trainee program with paid training. Earn $16/hour during training and $18/hour after certification. The 3-week program runs Monday–Friday, with classroom and clinical hours from 7am to 3:30pm and multiple start dates in 2027.

Upon successful completion, full- or part-time employment opportunities may be available based on current openings. Prior certification or on-the-job orientation toward certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred, not required.
• Must hold current Nursing Assistant certification or participate in on-the-job orientation leading to certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and basic nursing tasks as trained.
• Document care accurately and promptly; follow instructions from supervisors.
• Assist with meals, mobility, grooming, and toileting as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns promptly.
