Qualifications

• Must be in good standing and have completed relevant clinical coursework.
• Must be able to commit to practicum hours (120/168 hours) and ongoing preceptor supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 120-hour/168-hour practicum at Baptist Health Lexington under a trained preceptor.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to clinical policies.
• Potential transition to full-time staff after graduation and licensure.
• Attend required clinical sessions and shifts (12-hour shifts weekly).
