Qualifications

• Completed at least two semesters of nursing school by the start of the externship.
• Completed at least one clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under the direction of an RN.
• Rotate through acute care units to gain clinical exposure.
• Support Mercy nurses with nonclinical tasks as part of the healthcare team.
