Responsibilities

1. Start your healthcare career and make a difference by enrolling in our free Nurse Aide Training Program. No experience is required; just an interest in caring for patients and residents. The program lasts 1-4 months, culminating in a position upon successful completion.
2. Become a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide and explore clinical career pathways, including advancing to LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program. Non-clinical career ladders are also available.

Qualifications

• Obtain certification from a state-approved CNA program within four months of completing training.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and effective communication with patients and visitors.

Salary Range

USD $15.25 per hour
