Position Title: Nurse Aide Training Program Manager

Title of Immediate Supervisor: Director of Professional Practice and Educational Programming (Director of Practice)
The Program Manager will be responsible for program startup, implementation of the growth plan and the educational outcomes of the nurse aide-training program. Working collaboratively with the CareForce team, the manager will be responsible for the development of policies and procedures, screening and selection eligibility, and the implementation of infrastructure required for a new training program.
The manager will oversee the educational programing and be responsible the student experience and pass rates. During the initial startup, the manager will teach classes and as the program grows, will be responsible for the hiring and managerial oversight of instructors. The Program manager will be responsible for ensuring high quality instruction of all educators and will foster a positive and engaging learning environment for teachers and students.
The program manager will have responsibility for coordinating support services and will work collaboratively with the CareForce team to deliver these services. The manager will participate in the development of future grant opportunities and will adhere to requirements of existing grants. Working with the Director of Practice the manager will be responsible for meeting budget and program goals. The Training Program Manager will present and attend events/meetings as necessary to promote the growth and development of the program.
