MDG Advertising, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage day-to-day paid search and programmatic campaigns, maintain budgets, and optimize with data-driven recommendations. This role collaborates with marketing teams and clients to maximize ROI across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

You will conduct keyword research, create ads, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights, ensuring campaign efficiency and growth within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in advertising/marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of media-buying experience at an advertising agency.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of media mathematics, KPIs and budgets.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail/G-Suite; detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Media, Account and Clients to understand campaign goals, KPIs and budgets.
• Create and manage campaigns using Google Ads, Bing Ads and other search engine tools.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize budgets for efficiency and ROI.
• Monitor keyword lists, bids, and use negative keywords and match types.
• Review campaign performance data and conduct A/B tests to improve results.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking and report insights to clients and teams.
