Join to apply for the Paid Media Strategist (Remote US) role at Directive.

Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and Tech companies. We utilize Customer Generation, a proprietary marketing methodology focusing on SQLs and Customers rather than traditional metrics like MQLs. Our services include Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video, all aimed at creating comprehensive digital strategies that consistently meet client SQL targets.

This role reports to the Associate Director and is a vital part of the Paid Media team. The Paid Media Strategist will work directly with enterprise clients, managing communication, strategy development, and execution of Paid Media campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to develop high-impact strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients
  • Coordinate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment and quality
  • Drive referrals through strong client relationships and network
  • Develop quarterly strategies for clients
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets across channels
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM systems
  • Recognize the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet goals
  • Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
  • 3+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting
  • Expertise in paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Proficiency with advertising tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong grasp of PPC principles and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, etc., to enhance performance
  • Proven success in managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Strategic thinking to drive SaaS value
  • Data storytelling skills
  • Problem-solving mindset, competitive and curious
  • Continuous industry learning
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to quality and integrity in advertising
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per year per client
