Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for a portfolio of urgent care clients. You will set targeting, budgets, and the 90-day roadmap while presenting the narrative on calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and pipeline growth, with a strong emphasis on multi-location healthcare clients and clear US English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media experience in urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and report on the numbers.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
