Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a US-facing AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding, and guide the analytics narrative on client calls.

As the strategic voice, you will drive 90-day roadmaps, measure performance with trusted attribution, and foster long-term client relationships across multi-location urgent care accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
