Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set strategy, budgets, and roadmaps, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS and long-term account growth while maintaining clear communication with U.S. clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and knowing when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
