Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily. You own paid media for multifamily clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, targeting, and creative testing.

You drive the roadmap and narrative when clients ask why results look the way they do. You will be the strategic voice, responsible for conversions, tracking accuracy with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, and for growing accounts through retention and upsell,

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline impact.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients during live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location businesses is a plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
