Job summary

Elevation, a Richmond-based integrated marketing firm, seeks a Digital Media Manager to plan, manage and optimize clients’ online advertising programs across Google, Meta, and other channels. You will work with the planning, strategy and creative teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4, plus strong analytical skills to maximize return on ad spend. Collaboration and continuous testing are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience executing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Deep experience with Google ad products (display, search, video) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and GA4.
• Experience with dashboards (Tableau, Looker Studio) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee and execute paid media campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative and account teams to optimize funnel from impression to conversion.
• Manage paid campaign setup, deployment, optimizations, testing and performance reporting.
• Conduct audience/keyword research, bid management improvements, and A/B testing.
• Present paid media strategies and performance reports to clients.
