Job summary

Helios Partners, LLC is seeking a Paid Media Executive to support planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns from its Santa Monica office. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing or supporting paid media campaigns.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; exposure to programmatic platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve results and maximize ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights based on campaign data.
• Support budget pacing and spend monitoring to ensure campaigns remain on track.
• Conduct campaign QA to ensure accuracy, proper tracking, and compliance with client and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, strategy, and account teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Assist with audience research, keyword research, and campaign testing initiatives.
