Buzz Franchise Brands in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager to develop and execute paid digital advertising strategies that help our franchisees generate leads and grow customers.

You will collaborate with internal teams, vendor partners, and agency partners to ensure campaigns are set up for success and measurable results while staying on-site daily in Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid media experience with strategy, execution, and management.
• Experience leading digital campaigns from concept to post-campaign analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Ads/Analytics, WordPress, HubSpot, and Meta.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on-site daily in Virginia Beach, VA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage keyword/audience targeting, ad creative, and landing page strategies across all channels for each brand.
• Collaborate with SEO, brand marketing, and creative teams to deliver cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and paid media vendors to meet timelines and performance goals.
• Oversee paid media budgets at national and local levels with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly Paid Media Reports.
