This paid internship pairs you with a mentor, exposes you to senior leaders, and includes professional development sessions.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 – July 2029 (U.S.).
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day‑to‑day management of paid media campaigns in support of customer acquisition.
• Manage budgeting and pacing to ensure paid media campaigns stay on track.
• Optimize creative assets and ad copy for improved performance.
• Complete an individual Paid Media Specific project as well as contribute to a group project with the CMO interns.
• Contribute to the strategy and execution of campaigns on search, social, and display channels.
• Leverage data to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
