Job summary

Alo is seeking a Graphic Designer, Paid Creative in Beverly Hills to support the execution of performance-driven creative across paid media channels. You'll work with the growth team to craft elevated ad visuals and short-form video content for TikTok and Meta, while ensuring brand consistency across formats.

The role requires a design background, 1–3 years in digital design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CapCut, with a strong eye for typography and motion basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years as junior or digital designer with paid advertising experience.
• Experience creating short-form video for TikTok/Meta and other social platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate and display ad specs across many sizes and formats.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut; basic motion design.
• Strong typography, color theory, and layout understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing visual concepts for digital ad campaigns.
• Create quick-turn social-first video content for TikTok and Meta.
• Design evergreen ad creative for always-on campaigns.
• Adapt and resize designs for banners and placements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with design and growth teams within brief, timeline, and guidelines.
• Monitor design and social trends and share ideas with the team.
