Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND invites a Mechanical Engineer Intern to collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering group on projects using our custom equipment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, project management, and fabrication, contributing to real-world solutions in a multidisciplinary environment.

You’ll lead from CAD design through fabrication and installation, driving innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering (Sophomore or Junior).
• Strong mechanical proficiency and hands-on skills.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from CAD design to hands-on fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to develop integrated solutions.
• Assist in designing and implementing new equipment and processes.
• Manage scope, timelines and milestones; prepare essential documentation.
