Job summary

Enterprise’s Enterprise Management Trainee Internship is designed for university students to gain real-world business leadership experience. From day one, interns are paid and learn to run a business while developing marketable management skills in a team-based environment. The program covers fleet management, customer care, marketing strategy, and relationship building across St.

Lucie County locations. The 12-week, part-time schedule (25 hours/week) starts mid-January 2027, with opportunities

Qualifications

Must be a rising Senior or Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting mid-January 2027.

Responsibilities

Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers.
May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
