Job summary

Enterprise is seeking university students for a Management Internship in Stamford, CT. This paid, part-time program runs during the spring of 2027, offering real-world business and leadership experience from day one.

You’ll be immersed in fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives while collaborating with peers in a team-based environment. Eligibility requires active pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with graduation in May/June 2027, a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating May or June 2027.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week during the internship within Enterprise business hours.
• Must live within a reasonable 1-hour commute to Stamford, CT within 30 days of start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through roles in fleet management, customer service, and marketing.
• Develop and implement customer relationships and sales strategies.
• Engage in team-based projects and potential performance incentives and referrals.
