Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in Waterloo, IA for university/college students. The 10 to 12 week, full-time internship starts May 19, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek and a pay rate of $17 per hour.

Qualifications

Must be a current student working towards the completion of their Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of either August 2027, December 2027 or May 2028.
Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start May 18th, 2027.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
Must be available the required days listed in the posting: Tuesday, May 18th, 2027; June 7th-9th, 2027; and Thursday, July 29th, 2027.

Responsibilities

Develop management skills through hands-on projects in our Internship Program.
Gain experience in fleet management, customer service, marketing strategy, and teamwork.
Participate in performance incentives and referral rewards.
