Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship is a paid program designed for university students to build leadership skills. From day one, interns gain real-world experience comparable to entry-level professionals, participating in team-based projects and leadership development.

The internship is located in the Northern Nevada market and may support branches in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding areas. Placement depends on regional needs and opportunities, with potential for performance incentives

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time in a college/university bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than May 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop management skills by rotating through tasks such as fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy.
• Engage in intern projects and friendly peer competition; aim for performance incentives and referrals where eligible.
