Job summary

Enterprise in Manchester, NH is offering a paid Management Internship for current college students to gain hands-on leadership experience. You’ll work in a team-based environment from day one, handling real-world challenges and learning how to run a fleet of vehicles, manage customers, and develop marketing strategies.

The program runs late May to August 2027, about 10 weeks, with a 40-hour workweek and pay of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Able to work 40 hours/week for full 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and rewards.
