Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship in Portsmouth, NH. This paid internship runs late May/early June 2027 through August 2027, with a minimum 10 weeks and a maximum of 89 days.

You’ll learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, and support marketing efforts in a team-based setting. As a current college student, you’ll work 40 hours per week, gain leadership experience, and potentially earn performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks (up to 89 days).
• Must currently have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Join the Enterprise Management Internship and help develop skills in fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationship building.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may receive performance incentives and referrals.
