Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a student for its Management Internship in the New Britain, CT area. From day one you’ll be paid and immersed in real-world business and leadership tasks alongside full-time professionals.

You will rotate through experiences that cover fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy, while collaborating with peers in a team-based environment. Starts May 19 or May 25, 2027, ends August 6, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year college or university.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at a collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to accept the pay of $19.00/hour.
• Commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with a May 19 or May 25, 2027 start and an August 6, 2027 end.
