Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the Capital District for spring 2027 graduates. This paid, part-time program runs January 2027 through April 2027, with 15–25 hours per week and a start in January.

Interns will learn fleet management, customer service, and marketing skills while working alongside experienced professionals at Latham, Clifton Park, and Troy locations. Applicants must be 18+, enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (graduating May/June 2027), and able to drive in

Qualifications

• Must be a student in a Bachelor’s degree program graduating May or June 2027.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States and does not require sponsorship.
• Available to work 15 hours per week during the internship.
• Must be living within a 1 hour commute of the location.

Responsibilities

• Develop management and leadership skills by handling projects and supporting fleet, customers, and marketing activities.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly team competition with peers.
• Work across Enterprise locations in the Capital District and contribute to day-to-day operations.
