Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship to university students in the New York area. This paid, part-time role focuses on building business and leadership skills, with peers and mentors guiding you from day one.

Interns will rotate through functions across Staten Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or Long Island to gain real-world experience. You’ll develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy while collaborating with peers on intern projects.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating May 2027.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during the internship.
• Must live within 1 hour of the location.
• Must have 3 months of leadership or relevant work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Support management in day-to-day operations and leadership development.
• Get exposure to running a fleet, serving customers, and marketing initiatives.
• Complete intern projects and compete in friendly performance incentives.
