Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in New Haven County, CT. This paid, part-time program runs Jan 20, 2027 through Apr 17, 2027, with 15–25 hours per week. It’s open to students graduating May/June 2027 and places you in a hands-on, team-based environment.

You’ll learn to run a successful business, rotate through management challenges, and develop leadership and customer relations skills alongside peers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a student in a Bachelor's degree program at a college/university, graduating in May or June 2027.
• The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted U.S.driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Aside from religious observation, must be available to work a minimum number of 15 hours per week during the internship within normal Enterprise business hours.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must have 3 months of leadership experience and/or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Internship Program and rotate through core business areas to learn to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition; potential for performance incentives and employee referrals.
