Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Management Internship candidate for a part-time, 12-week program in the Kendall area (Kendall, Coral Gables, Dadeland, South Miami). Pay is $20.00 per hour, with the program running January 13, 2027.

You’ll join a team-based environment and gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy. The role targets university students who will face real-world challenges alongside early-career professionals.

Qualifications

• Senior or rising senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Able to work 10-12 weeks throughout the Spring, starting January 13th, 2027

Responsibilities

• Help manage a fleet of vehicles and support customer service efforts
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly team competition; may qualify for performance incentives and referral rewards
