Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking university students for a paid Management Internship at the Boise/Meridian area. From day one you will learn how to run a business, develop leadership skills and work in a team-based environment.

The program runs from mid May through August, with opportunities to contribute to fleet management, customer care and marketing initiatives. Interns tackle real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, complete projects, and may earn performance

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising Senior graduating no later than May 2028
Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year.
Must have authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Learn and perform management tasks across fleet, customers, marketing strategies and relationships.
Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
Possibly earn performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
