Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Intern in Lancaster, PA. You will be paid $16/hour and will join a team that trains you to run a business and lead with confidence. The program mirrors first- and second-year professionals and emphasizes learning, growth, and teamwork.

From day one, you’ll develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy while collaborating with peers. A full 40-hour schedule for 10–12 weeks is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior (rising Senior) graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to start in our Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must be able to commit to a 40/hour per week schedule for 10-12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Help develop marketing strategies and work with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
