Job summary

Enterprise's Spring Management Internship offers university students real-world experience in running a business and developing leadership skills. You’ll work alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-based setting, learning to manage a fleet, serve customers, and build marketing strategies.

This paid internship starts at $16 per hour at our Mechanicsburg branch (6515 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050) and acts as a head start on our Management Training Program, providing

Qualifications

• Senior graduating student expected to complete a Bachelor's degree by May 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship by the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and learn in a team-based environment alongside entry-level professionals.
• Develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy.
