Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the Kendall area (Kendall, Coral Gables, Dadeland, South Miami). This paid, part-time 12-week program starts January 13, 2027, at $20 per hour. You’ll learn to run a business, lead teams, and build customer relationships while tackling real projects.

The role targets a senior or rising senior in a Bachelor's program; 18+; sales or leadership experience preferred; valid driver's license; US work authorization; 10–12 week Spring commitment.

Qualifications

• Senior or rising Senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• Able to work 10-12 weeks during the Spring, starting January 13th, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may be eligible for performance incentives and referral rewards.
• Work in a team-based environment with peers who support learning and growth.
