Job summary

Enterprise is offering a Management Internship in the Kendall area (Miami). This part-time, 12-week program starts January 13, 2027, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You will learn to run a business, lead teams, and develop management skills alongside first- and second-year professionals.

As an intern, you’ll handle diverse, real-world tasks, complete projects, and compete with peers. Elite performers may earn incentives, and a strong learning environment is promised.

Qualifications

• Senior or rising senior enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and interact with customers.
• Support marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly team competitions.
• Possible performance incentives and referral rewards.
