Job summary

Enterprise Holdings invites university students in their final semester to join the Management Internship, a paid, part-time program that teaches business and leadership skills. You’ll tackle real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals in a team-oriented environment and gain hands-on experience in fleet management, customer service, and marketing.

Locations include Colma and San Francisco, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license and the ability to work 20–25 hours

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in your final semester graduating by June 2027.
• Must have 3 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service,or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start employment in February 2027.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities.
• For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
• You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
