Enterprise Holdings invites university students to join our Management Internship in Pittsfield, MA for a full-time, paid program designed to build leadership and business skills from day one. You’ll tackle real projects, work with peers in a team environment, and may be eligible for performance incentives.

The program runs May 19 or May 25, 2027 through August 6, 2027, at our Pittsfield office. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour; applicants must be rising seniors in a bachelor’s program and

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year college or university
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Demonstrated leadership or involvement in team activities at a collegiate level or above

Responsabilités

• Develop leadership and management skills through real-world projects and responsibilities
• Support fleet operations, customer service initiatives, and marketing strategies while collaborating with peers
• Engage in team-based work environment and participate in internship projects and reviews
