Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in West Springfield, MA is offering a paid Management Internship designed to build business and leadership skills for a college student. The program places you in a fast-paced, team-based environment with real responsibilities from day one.

The internship is full-time (40 hours/week) with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour, and runs through the end of summer. The position is located at our West Springfield office in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation between Aug 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at collegiate level or above.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related incidents in the past 5 years; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and assist in marketing efforts.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition; potential incentives and referrals.
