Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship candidate in Logan, UT. The role offers real-world, paid internship experience in business and leadership, with responsibilities mirroring early-career professionals.

You will work in a team-based setting from day one, gaining insights into fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategy while collaborating with peers. Ideal candidates are current college students graduating May 2028, available 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks, and authorized

Formación

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelors degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum during May to August).
• Must currently have a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and run a customer-focused internship project.
• Assist in marketing strategy development and customer relationship building.
• Engage in projects and friendly peer competition to enhance learning and performance.
• Complete intern projects and participate in potential performance incentives and referrals.
