Job summary

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid program for university students to gain hands-on business and leadership experience in a team-based environment in Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll tackle real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals, learning how to run a fleet, serve customers, and craft marketing strategies.

This internship runs for 10–12 weeks with a 25-hour weekly schedule, January to April, and offers performance-based rewards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating no later than December 2027 (rising Senior).
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week for a full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum during January to April).
• Must currently have a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
