Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship to build leadership and business skills. This paid internship offers real-world experience and mirrors challenges faced by full-time professionals, with a team-based environment and peer support.

Location options include 209 Western Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28546 or nearby NC cities. The program runs 10–12 weeks with in-person training starting May 17, 2027; candidates must be available for the first two weeks.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time with expected graduation by May 2028.
• At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with start in May.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
• Potential eligibility for performance incentives and referral rewards.
