You will learn management skills, work with a team, and gain real-world experience while developing leadership abilities. You’ll assist with customer service, sales strategies, and fleet operations, while completing projects and competing with peers for incentives.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled full-time with graduation by May 2028.
• Three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start from the first day of training in May.
• Must be 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition; possible performance incentives and referral rewards.
