Job summary

Enterprise Holdings offers a paid Management Internship at our Bristol County area offices, including Fall River, MA. The program runs 40 hours per week with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour, aimed at university students to build leadership and business skills through real-world assignments.

You’ll work in a team-based environment, tackle management challenges, and develop marketing and customer-service capabilities alongside peers and mentors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership or athletics at college level or above.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to commit to a 40-hour work week and the internship dates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a fleet of vehicles and customer relationships.
• Assist in marketing strategy and promotional activities.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Potentially earn performance incentives and employee referrals.
