Job summary

Enterprise in Waco, TX offers the Management Internship for university students to gain real-world leadership and business experience. The internship runs January 4, 2027 to April 2, 2027 on a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, paying $18 per hour.

You will work in a team-based environment with peers, taking on challenges similar to full-time professionals. You’ll complete intern projects, learn fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Must graduate by May 2027.
• At least three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Waco or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers and build relationships.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers.
