Job summary

Enterprise Holdings in Kill Devil Hills, NC is offering a Management Internship for university students to learn how to run a successful business and gain leadership skills from day one.

The internship is full-time and paid at $15.00 per hour, with a May 17, 2027 start and two weeks of in-person training. You’ll work in a team-based environment alongside early-career professionals, developing skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester
• Three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• 10-12 week commitment with start in May
• Must be 18 years old

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build relationships with customers
• Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with coworkers
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition, with potential incentives
