Enterprise in Dayton, OH is offering a Management Internship beginning January 2027. The paid, part-time 12-week program places you in a fast-paced, team-based environment to develop leadership and business skills while working with customers and driving marketing initiatives.

You must be 18+, enrolled full-time in a bachelor's program, and have at least 6 months in sales or customer service. A US driver's license and eligibility to work are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Leadership experience may include clubs, volunteer work, athletics or military service.
• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's program full time with a graduation window in 2027.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a 12-week paid internship in management at Enterprise.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and contribute to marketing strategies.
• Complete intern projects and engage in peer competition; may earn performance incentives.
