Job summary

Enterprise is offering an Enterprise Management Internship designed for university students to gain real-world leadership and business experience. From day one, interns are paid and take on challenges similar to first- and second-year professionals in a team-based environment.

The program runs late May/early June 2027 through August 2027 (up to 89 days) with a minimum 10-week commitment, located in Keene, NH.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2028 (rising Senior)
• Must be able to work 40hours/week for full 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) during the window of the middle of May through the middle/end of August.
• Must currently have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management.
• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Possibly eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
