Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Management Internship participant to gain real-world experience in business leadership. The role places you with a team of peers and mentors, tackling hands-on tasks from day one in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn to manage a fleet, assist with customer relations, and contribute to marketing initiatives while completing practical intern projects across the summer.

Qualifications

• Current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating May 2028
• Able to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks during May–Aug 2027
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise management internship activities and learn to manage a fleet of vehicles
• Help develop marketing strategies and build customer relationships
• Engage in intern projects and compete constructively with peers; potential incentives
